[Case Study] Ehime Prefecture Cut Vegetable Factory

Due to limited installation space, we propose a compact layout!

We would like to introduce a case where a dedicated vegetable cutting machine was installed at a cut vegetable factory in Ehime Prefecture. Since they manufacture salads for convenience stores, they requested to reduce the leafy vegetable waste generated daily. Due to limited installation space, we proposed a compact layout, and considering that female employees would also be using the equipment, we installed a sliding waste inlet to make it easier to handle and reduce the workload. 【Overview】 ■ Challenges - They wanted to reduce the leafy vegetable waste generated daily as they manufacture salads for convenience stores. ■ Results - Since they are very particular about hygiene, we proposed a design with a removable screen section to enhance washability. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
